Timing Policy :
• Please take into consideration the distance time between your location and the event location to avoid any delays. Therefore, please fully adhere to your specified reservation date and attend at the correct time so that you can enjoy the full time specified for your reservation, as the schedule of working hours works according to a specific system that cannot be deviated from. The event management bears no responsibility for non-attendance or delay of the reservation date and time that was chosen by the customer. In case of delay - for any reason - you cannot refund any amounts paid through the site
No-Show Policy :
• Please review the restaurant's notes regarding Reservation period for each table . The table will only be reserved for 15 minutes of the reserved time. In case of a delay for more than 15 minutes, the reservation will be canceled and the amount will not be refunded and the reservation will not be rescheduled.
Children Policy :

Personal Property :
• The management is not responsible for the loss or damage to any of the personal property inside the Cafe . as well as the cars that were parked in the public parking by the visitor, and bears full responsibility for them.

Reservations policy through The LA application:
• These Terms and Conditions are Adjustable at any time; Therefore, you must review it before making any reservation. We are keen to adhere to the standards related to the purchase of electronic reservations at all times. If you have any questions or inquiries, please contact us .
• By making a reservation through LA application, you confirm your desire to conclude a contract with us by you, with the prices indicated on the date and time in the reservation that has been made by you .Knowing that the prices can be amended by the Cafe administrator
• Please note that when you complete the online reservation , an email will be sent - from us - or the reservation details will be shown under the list of existing reservations within the LA application. Thus, your request is considered acceptable to us and you are not entitled to a refund of any amount paid - which is the minimum charge reserve a table.
• Please note that the paid amount is the value of the table reservation, and part of the payment amount cannot be refunded if the final amount value is less than the amount previously paid to confirm the reservation

Reservation modification policy:
• You can only increase the number of guests on your reservation or change the time and date of the reservation 48 hours before the date of your reservation by contacting customer service - and your request will be implemented if the required modifications are available.

• Please note that when the reservation amount is modified to a lower value, the difference amount will be deposited in the customer's wallet in the application(If the reservation is modified).
